MAF Carrefour is currently recruiting Maintenance Manager Assistant for its Erbil hypermarket. Please find hereinafter the summary of requested competences and details concerning the application.
Duty and Responsibility:
_ Make sure that all the Store’s assets are in proper working condition and are maintained regularly.
_ Supervise the implementation of projects at various store level.
_ Follow and fill the checklists provided by the maintenance manager/standard management.
_ Follow the Maintenance contractor’s agreements scope of work.
_ Responsible for keeping the maintenance workshop and the tools in a good condition.
_ Supervise the pest control as per the store and municipality requirement.
_ Prepare a schedule for maximum energy saving for the store and accommodation.
_ Check all the equipment of the store on a daily basis.
_ Check all the Security, Safety & Emergency equipment on daily basis.
_ Report any equipment failure to Maintenance Manager.
_ Supervise the Maintenance department technicians.
_ Update and File documents related to maintenance as per the municipality requirement
_ Follow the consumables supplied to various departments and inform the requirements needed.
_ Make sure that store and the Food area is above the cleanliness and Hygiene level.
_ Implement energy saving plan set by maintenance Manager
_ Train the technicians the preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
_ Inform the hierarchy about all anomalies
3/Required Experience:
- engineering BA
- Good communication skills
-language skill (English, Kurdish and Arabic)
- Good knowledge in computer.
