The Brazilian Soccer Trainer, Ziko, has signed aone-year contract with the Central Iraqi Soccer Federation on Saturday for 2.5 million US dollars, a Federation source reported .

“The contract, signed between the Federation and the Brazilian Trainer, covers the invitation of Ziko’s Assistant, his brother Edo and an assistant trainer called Santania, a translator and a media director, to assist Ziko in his training mission in Iraq, the source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency .

He said that the contract also “comprised an article to invite the Brazilian Soccer Select to play in Baghdad, along with making use of the Brazilian Federation’s relations with the International Soccer Federation (FIFA) to lift the hold on soccer games in Baghdad".

He said that the Iraqi Federation had decided to allocate a special car to serve Ziko, along with a lodging in Baghdad, along with air ticket for him and his assisting team.
